Refund and cancellation policy

Passes don’t renew

A TimeMastery pass is a single payment for a fixed period. There is no subscription: nothing renews and you are never charged again, so there is nothing to cancel.

No refunds once a pass is bought

A pass unlocks Goals as soon as the payment goes through, so passes can’t be refunded or cancelled once bought, including if you stop using the app before the pass ends. Before you pay, you tick a box to say you want the pass to start now and understand you can’t cancel it after paying. That includes giving up the 14-day right to withdraw that some countries give for digital services once they have started. Tasks, notes and the diary are free, and you can try Goals before paying, so please do that first.

When we do refund

• You were charged more than once for the same pass.
• You were charged but the pass didn’t unlock, and we can’t fix it.
• A refund is required by law.

Email support@timemastery.app with the email address you signed in with and the order id or payment reference. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days (your bank may take a little longer to show it).

Failed payments

If money left your account but the payment failed, the bank or Cashfree usually returns it automatically within 5–7 working days. If it hasn’t, email us and we’ll chase it.
